1. Please use the online form to register for the Meet & Match job fair! Depending on your space requirements, choose the Mini, Standard or Premium package. Exhibition stands are allocated on a “first come, first served” basis.
2. All exhibitors will be contacted and informed with all details before the fair. The invoice will be issued after the trade fair.

Facts & figures about the trade fair:

• Target group: All students of the Carinthia University of Applied Sciences, the University of Klagenfurt and pupils of Carinthian schools are invited. The fair is open to the public and accessible to all job seekers!
• Around 800 – 1.000 visitors every year
• The fair is advertised via all media channels of the Carinthia University of Applied Sciences, poster and screen advertising in schools, on moving boards in cities, etc.

Structure

Set-up can take place the day before the trade fair from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. or from 7 a.m. on the day of the trade fair. Stand set-up should be completed by 9:00 a.m. on the day of the fair at the latest.

Dismantling

Dismantling work can take place at the official end of the trade fair from 3 p.m.

Parking at the Villach campus

• You will find free parking spaces around the FH building or on the campus grounds.
• The access road to the main entrance area can be used to deliver the exhibition stand and advertising materials.
• A parking service is available to help you find your way in the morning!

Storage space for advertising material

We are happy to store your printed materials (folders, flyers) or advertising materials (goodies, merchandising) for you. Please contact us in this regard at karriere@fh-kaernten.at.

Additional equipment at the exhibition stand

If you require additional equipment, such as tables, bar tables, covers, bar stools etc., please contact karriere@fh-kaernten.at.

Exhibitor Lounge

Breakfast: You can enjoy coffee, drinks, fruit and small snacks in our canteen from 7:30 a.m.

Lunch: From 11:30 to 2 p.m. we are happy to invite you to lunch in our canteen! Please hand in your food and drink vouchers at the Mensa cash desk. Enjoy your meal!

The participation fee will be invoiced after the event – please provide your correct and current billing address if it differs from the company data provided!

In case of cancellation of the registration (in writing via e-mail to karriere@fh-kaernten.at) the following cancellation fee is to be paid.

Up to 4 weeks in advance of the job fair 50% of the booth rental price need to be paid. From 4 weeks or less before the fair the full price of the booth rental will be charged including other ancillary costs and costs for any services provided. Messeordnung
