Endlich war es soweit, die Studierenden konnten die gelernte Theorie in die Praxis umsetzen. Nach vier Wochen praktischer Ausbildung kehrten die Studierenden voller Freude und Tatendrang am April wieder an die Fachhochschule zur\u00fcck.<\/p>\n<p>Um die Weiterentwicklung der Fertigkeiten und F\u00e4higkeiten abzubilden, startet das Semester Simulationstraining. Dabei k\u00f6nnen die erworbenen Skills sowie theoretische Inhalte wiederholt und vertieft werden und die Studierenden erhalten gezieltes Feedback auf ihre Leistung. Durch das simulationsbasierte Training ist es m\u00f6glich, die Studierenden bei der Durchf\u00fchrung ihrer \u201eberufstypischen Handlungen\u201c zu erleben und gezielt Feedback zu geben.<\/p>\n<p>Die Mehrzahl der Studierenden absolvierte ihr erstes Praktikum im extramuralen Bereich. Viele Skills die bereits an der Fachhochschule in den Skills Labs ge\u00fcbt wurden, konnten in der Praxis Anwendung finden. Die Entwicklung der Studierenden wurde im Simulationstraining durch das sichere Handling der T\u00e4tigkeiten sichtbar und Herausforderungen die im Rahmen der Praktika erlebt wurden sind aufgegriffen und diskutiert worden.<\/p>\n<h4>Aber wie sehen die Student*innen das Simulationstraining?<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Das Training ist f\u00fcr mich ein kurzfristiger Anstieg des Stresspegels, aber im Nachhinein sehr lehrreich und eine gute \u00dcbung um Sicherheit zu gewinnen.<\/li>\n<li>Ein Raum, wo ich theoretisches Wissen praktisch Anwenden kann um in Topform zu sein, wenn ich mit \u201eechten Patient*innen\u201c in Kontakt bin.<\/li>\n<li>Reflektiertes Arbeiten um sich zu verbessern!<\/li>\n<li>Die Zeit, gelernte Skills umzusetzen, damit ich in der realen Patient*innenversorgung komplexe Handlungen richtig auszuf\u00fchren kann.<\/li>\n<li>Es ist herausfordernd die verschiedenen Teilbereiche zu kombinieren, welche wir in den einzelnen pflegepraktischen \u00dcbungen im Wintersemester gelernt haben. Aber es hilft mir daraus zu lernen.<\/li>\n<li>Simulationstraining ist f\u00fcr mich eine gute Chance praxisnahe Situationen zu erleben und gezielt zu meinem Handeln ein Feedback zu
