Um mich weiterzuentwickeln, habe ich den Lehrgang Professionelle Praxisanleitung absolviert \u2013 als erste Praxisanleiterin in unserem multiprofessionellen Team.<br \/>Besonders bereichernd waren f\u00fcr mich die Module Kommunikation und Gespr\u00e4chsf\u00fchrung sowie P\u00e4dagogische und psychologische Grundlagen. Ich habe gelernt, professioneller mit Studierenden umzugehen, Gespr\u00e4che strukturiert zu f\u00fchren und neue Methoden passend zu verschiedenen Lerntypen einzusetzen. Auch Berufs- und Rechtskunde war \u00fcberraschend praxisnah.<br \/>Inzwischen gibt es bei uns eine Praktikumsmappe f\u00fcr alle Studierenden sowie klare Gespr\u00e4chsstrukturen.
