KABEG is a hospital operating company which is, with around 8,000 employees at 5 locations, the largest healthcare provider in Carinthia. KABEG is an innovative organization in the broad field of medical technology and IT.<\/span><\/p>\n

With this cooperation, four of our first-year master’s students will get each year the chance to work part-time in the KABEG hospital and study the Health Care IT program in parallel. These students will get the chance to immediately put their theoretical knowledge about medical devices or techniques into practice; earn some money on the side; and, most importantly, gain the professional experience, often sought-after by companies when hiring fresh graduates.<\/p>\n

KABEG has thus become one out of almost 20 collaboration partners, including Infineon Technologies Austria, PCS Professional Clinical Software, or ilogs healthcare, that support our bachelor’s and master’s students in becoming the experts in what the modern medical technology market in Austria demands.<\/p>\n
