Nach l\u00e4ngerem Sitzen in der Lehrveranstaltung beginnen die Knie zu ziehen, Nacken und R\u00fccken schmerzen und auch die Konzentration l\u00e4sst sch\u00f6n langsam nach.<\/p>\n<p>Wir haben hierf\u00fcr die perfekte L\u00f6sung \u2192 <strong>Zeit f\u00fcr einen Stellungswechsel!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Die Studentinnen und Studenten des Studienganges Physiotherapie zeigen wie\u00b4s geht: Anstatt zu sitzen, einfach mal kurz aufstehen, H\u00e4nde in die H\u00fcften st\u00fctzen, den R\u00fccken aufrichten und die Fersen heben.
